Dan Kammrath has over 40 years of experience in the financial/banking/wealth management and philanthropic industries. He currently is the Southern Arizona Development Director for Salvation Army.
Dan moved to Arizona in 1984 and joined Valley National Bank as a trust officer. He served as a regional trust officer for Valley National Bank – which eventually turned into Bank One and then Chase – and for 25 years managed the trust and investment departments at the company’s Sun City branches.
A long-time Rotarian, Dan is a past president of the Northwest Valley Chamber of Commerce (now the Surprise Chamber of Commerce) and has served on the boards for the Mingus Mountain Ranch for Girls and the Joy Foundation (Joy Community Church and Joy Christian School).
Since retiring from Chase Bank in 2008, Dan has been involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors and has worked closely with several donor-advised funds throughout the Valley. He is the trust advisor for the Dolores Miller Charitable Trust, which supports arts, education and youth charities throughout Arizona, and is the founder and current CEO of the Sports Fund of Arizona, a foundation that supports youth recreational activities.
